We expect members to show the utmost respect for each other. This membership will offer a wonderful place to meet like-minded mothers, who can share their resources and experiences to positively enrich each other's families. If you know of anyone being disrespectful, please send us a note immediately.

The grounds for having your account terminated immediately are e-mail notes or discussion group postings that are:

• generally in disregard of people's feelings
• threatening or humiliating
• solicitous of illegal or illicit activities or acts
• solicitous of or propogative chain letters and/or mass mailings
• solicitous of gifting, sweepstakes, philanthropic funds, or any other transaction involving transfer of funds
• defamatory remarks
• in violation of any state or federal laws

Regardless of any other provision, CoAbode reserves the right to terminate any account for any reason with or without notice.

Your Promises & Agreement

I promise that I: (i) am a single mother; (ii) have or will supply to CoAbode information that is true and correct; (iii) understand and acknowledge that CoAbode does not independently investigate or verify the information supplied by or relating to any member; (iv) will not hold CoAbode responsible or liable for the accuracy or truthfulness of the information supplied to it and contained in the website at CoAbode.com and (v) have not been convicted of a crime.

I agree to abide by the terms and conditions established by CoAbode and described in the Legal Notices and Disclaimers and this Agreement Guidelines when using the information and services offered by CoAbode.com. I understand that CoAbode may modify or terminate its services from time to time for any reason, with or without notice without liability to me or any other user or third party.

I further agree that CoAbode will not be responsible to me because of my use, my misuse, or reliance on any information on CoAbode.com. I release CoAbode from any liability beyond the refund of my membership fees recognizing that such refund is completed liquidated damages.

I agree that the laws of the state of California will govern the interpretation and construction of this agreement without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or my actual state or country of residence.
